  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add rice and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. In another saucepan, combine cooked rice, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled.
