Filling
- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and 1 tablespoon flour. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, combine rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and 1 cup flour. Mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping mixture over the rhubarb mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender.
