  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Red Food Coloring
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Oreo Cookies crushed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
  3. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in red food coloring until the batter is evenly colored.
  5. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
