Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup melted butter

Filling

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped

Topping

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 0.25 cup raspberry jam

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a tart pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Heat cream until just boiling. Pour over white chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  5. Pour chocolate mixture into crust. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  6. Arrange raspberries on top. Warm raspberry jam and brush over raspberries.
