Raspberry White Chocolate Tart
A delicious tart with a graham cracker crust, creamy white chocolate filling, and fresh raspberries on top.

Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 0.5 cup melted butter
Filling
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
Topping
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 0.25 cup raspberry jam
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a tart pan.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Heat cream until just boiling. Pour over white chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Pour chocolate mixture into crust. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
Arrange raspberries on top. Warm raspberry jam and brush over raspberries.
