Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold, cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gently fold in the raspberries and white chocolate chips.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Pour over the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead a few times. Pat into a circle about 1-inch thick and cut into 8 wedges.
  7. Place the wedges onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
