- 2 cups Fresh raspberries
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 pound Pound cake, cubed
Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Layer the trifle dish with cubed pound cake, raspberries, and whipped cream.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream and raspberries on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
