Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 24 pieces Ladyfingers
  • 1 cup Raspberry jam

Instructions 

  1. 1. Whisk the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. 2. Spread a thin layer of raspberry jam in the bottom of your serving dish.
  3. 3. Arrange a layer of ladyfingers on top of the jam.
  4. 4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. 5. Add a layer of fresh raspberries.
  6. 6. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of mascarpone mixture and raspberries on top.
  7. 7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
