Ingredients 

Brownie Layer

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Raspberry Swirl

  • ¼ cup raspberry jam seedless

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over brownie batter.
  5. Dollop raspberry jam over the cheesecake layer and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
