Ingredients 

Pie Crust

  • 1 package Pre-made pie crust

Filling

  • 4 cups Fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the raspberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Cover with the top crust, seal the edges, and cut a few slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  7. Let the pie cool before serving.
