- 2 cups chocolate cake, cubed
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate pudding
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
2. In a trifle dish, layer half of the chocolate cake cubes, followed by half of the chocolate pudding, half of the raspberries, and half of the whipped cream.
3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
