Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, chipotle peppers, apple cider vinegar, and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  6. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds, if desired.
  7. Store in a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
