Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour

Filling

  • 2 cups raspberry jam

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the flour and mix until combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
