In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the melted butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, and milk. Mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Gently fold in the raspberries and sliced almonds.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
