Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 4 Egg whites
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Fresh raspberries
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, powdered sugar, and all-purpose flour.
Add the melted butter, egg whites, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the fresh raspberries gently.
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ⅔ full.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the financiers cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
