Frosting Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Milk more if needed
  • ½ cup Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of milk. Beat until smooth and creamy. If the frosting is too thick, add more milk, one teaspoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles until evenly distributed.
  5. Use immediately to frost cakes or cupcakes, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
