Quinoa Sweet Potato Burgers

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Quinoa cooked
- 1 large Sweet Potato peeled and grated
- 1 cup Black Beans cooked and mashed
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, grated sweet potato, mashed black beans, bread crumbs, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the patties to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings and sides.
