Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk and melted butter, and mix until a dough forms.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.
Spread the softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon evenly on top.
Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 8 equal pieces. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
