Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter, softened

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk and melted butter, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  4. Spread the softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon evenly on top.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 8 equal pieces. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
