Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pumpkin Puree
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 package Gingersnap Cookies crushed
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Layer the trifle dish with crushed gingersnap cookies, pumpkin mixture, and whipped cream. Repeat layers until the dish is full.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
