Pumpkin Tiramisu

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 cup Brewed Coffee
- 24 pieces Ladyfingers
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
2. Dip each ladyfinger into the brewed coffee and arrange a layer in a 9x13 baking dish.
3. Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
4. Add another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers on top of the pumpkin mixture.
5. Spread the remaining pumpkin mixture over the second layer of ladyfingers.
6. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
