Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips melted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, graham cracker crumbs, pumpkin pie spice, and softened cream cheese.
  2. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Dip the frozen balls into melted white chocolate and place them back on the parchment paper.
  6. Let the truffles set until the chocolate is firm. Store in the refrigerator.
