Main Ingredients
- 9 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup powdered sugar
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
2. Stir in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal and the melted chocolate mixture. Stir gently until the cereal is evenly coated.
4. Add the powdered sugar and toss to coat the cereal evenly.
5. Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet to cool and set before serving.
