- 1 loaf Challah bread cut into cubes
- 8 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
Add the bread cubes to the mixture and stir until well coated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
