Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Cloves

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla, and spices. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
