  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
