  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Large eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
