Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter, melted
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Mix well.
Add pumpkin puree and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
