Ingredients

  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree 15 oz
  • 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg ground
  • 12 oz Jumbo Pasta Shells

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the pumpkin mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until heated through and slightly golden on top.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
