Pie Filling
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Nutella
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
Add eggs and heavy cream to the mixture, whisk until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
Warm Nutella slightly in the microwave, then drizzle over the pie filling. Use a knife to swirl it into the filling.
Bake for 50 minutes or until the center is set.
Let the pie cool before serving.
