Ingredients

  • 1 can Pumpkin puree 15 oz
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Pie crust unbaked

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours. Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
