Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

Filling

  • 1 can pumpkin puree 15 oz
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, heavy cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
