Pumpkin French Toast Casserole

- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and place the cubed French bread in it.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.
Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well-coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
