Ingredients 

Dough

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup Milk warmed
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Filling

  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add pumpkin puree, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  3. 3. Gradually add flour and knead until a soft dough forms. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Spread softened butter, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. 5. Roll up the dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish.
  6. 6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
