- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- ½ cup Chocolate chips
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
Add rolled oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool before cutting into bars.
