Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, and sugar until well blended.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
