Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, oil, sugar, and eggs. Add water and stir until well blended.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
