Pumpkin Bread Pudding Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups bread cubes preferably stale
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3  eggs beaten
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and beaten eggs. 
- Add the bread cubes to the mixture and stir until the bread is well coated. 
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. 
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set. 
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
