  • 2 cups milk

  • 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and beaten eggs.
  3. Add the bread cubes to the mixture and stir until the bread is well coated.
