  • 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in the pumpkin puree and heavy cream. Cook until the mixture is heated through.
  4. 4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
