  • 250 g Unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 150 ml Cold water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add cold, cubed butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. 3. Gradually add cold water and mix until dough forms.
  4. 4. Roll out dough on a floured surface, fold into thirds, and repeat 4-5 times.
  5. 5. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes before using.
