  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • 1 cup Melon cubed (cantaloupe or honeydew)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. 3. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. 4. Top each crostini with a slice of prosciutto and a cube of melon.
  5. 5. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.
