Prosciutto Melon Crostini
Simple and delicious appetizer combining sweet melon and savory prosciutto on a crispy crostini.

Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 1 cup Melon cubed (cantaloupe or honeydew)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
3. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
4. Top each crostini with a slice of prosciutto and a cube of melon.
5. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.
