  • 1 lb Asparagus trimmed
  • 8 oz Prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto.
  3. Place wrapped asparagus on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until asparagus is tender and prosciutto is crispy.
