Prosciutto Asparagus Puff Pastry Recipe

- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 8 spears asparagus trimmed
- 1 unit egg beaten
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
Cut the puff pastry into 8 equal strips.
Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto.
Wrap a strip of puff pastry around each prosciutto-wrapped asparagus spear.
Place the wrapped asparagus on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the puff pastry with the beaten egg.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
Serve warm.
