Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Mix warm water and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add salt, sugar, and flour. Mix until dough forms.
Knead dough for 5 minutes. Let it rise for 10 minutes.
Divide dough into small pieces. Roll into nuggets.
Boil water and add baking soda. Dip nuggets in water for 30 seconds.
Place nuggets on a baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
