Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 units eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a food processor, crush pretzels until they are fine crumbs. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip chicken pieces into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with crushed pretzels.
  5. Place coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
