Ingredients 

Crust

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pretzel crust.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
