Crust
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup sugar
Filling
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a baking pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pretzel crust.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
