Ingredients 

Pretzel Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. 6. Bake the pretzel bites for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. 7. While the pretzel bites are baking, prepare the cookie dough. In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  8. 8. Add the flour and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  9. 9. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  10. 10. Once the pretzel bites are done, let them cool slightly, then fill them with the cookie dough.
