- 2 cups Mashed Potatoes
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, eggs, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Stir in melted butter until the batter is smooth.
Grease the waffle iron if necessary. Pour batter onto the waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy.
