- 4 cups Potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Grated Gruyere cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and minced garlic until warm.
Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
Sprinkle grated Gruyere cheese on top.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the top is golden and the potatoes are tender.
