- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Mashed potatoes cooled
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- ½ cup Milk
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the mashed potatoes and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Gradually add the milk, stirring until a soft dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for a few minutes.
Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thickness and cut into biscuits.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
