  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Mashed potatoes cooled
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • ½ cup Milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the mashed potatoes and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for a few minutes.
  6. Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thickness and cut into biscuits.
  7. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
