  • 4 Portobello mushroom caps stems removed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 4 Burger buns split and toasted
  • 4 slices Cheese optional
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and garlic powder.
  3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushroom caps.
  4. Grill the mushrooms for about 5 minutes on each side, until tender.
  5. Assemble the burgers with the grilled mushrooms, cheese (if using), lettuce, and tomato on toasted buns.
