  • 4 Portobello mushroom caps
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 4 Burger buns
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushroom caps.
  4. 4. Place the mushrooms on the grill, gill side up, and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
  6. 6. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
